Refund Policy
HUES PERFUMES wishes its customers the best shopping experience to enhance their lives. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned once delivered.
Our products contain active extracts and ingredients, and damage due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover reactions arising from specific sensitivities toward any product or ingredient. Customers are advised to perform patch tests before use as mentioned with every product.
Refund Policy
HUES PERFUMES is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims related to:
- Missing items
- Leakage
- Breakage
- Damaged products
- Incorrect product delivery

In case a package appears tampered, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must contact customer support at:
within 3 days of the order being marked delivered. No refund requests shall be accepted after this period.
The refund amount does not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
Any Cash on Delivery (COD) refund shall be initiated to the customer’s provided bank account within 4–7 working days after approval.
A claim for refund should be made within 48 hours of order delivery with all the required details and proof.
If accepted, refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect from the date of refund approval by HUES PERFUMES.
HUES PERFUMES will share all relevant transaction details and screenshots once the refund is initiated.

In extreme cases involving damaged product delivery such as:

- Broken products
- Missing items
due to transit issues, a refund or exchange may be initiated after verification as per the Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days after cancellation approval.
